Hello! Thank you for playing my early demo serving as a prologue for ambuscade. This demo has been a long time coming, however with imposter syndrome I repeatedly held back the release date.

You may notice some backgrounds or art have slightly different art styles and this wasn’t intentional; some art in this game was drawn months earlier than other backgrounds/cgs. Because of this, some of the art for game is outdated and I would like to replace some of the backgrounds and sprites in the upcoming months!

My priorities are currently Asa’s + Remy’s sprites, as well as some of Asa’s apartment, and the alleyway in general. This demo was uploaded for the sake of releasing it finally; and subsequent updates will follow very soon. This also includes the GUI ^^

In terms of continuing the game; a large update adding more story won’t be till late next year (probably), with smaller additions and dialogue being sprinkled till then.
